Care for the People Who Carry the Work
Compassionate, confidential, non-clinical virtual chaplaincy support for organizations committed to caring for their people.
Goshen Care helps organizations support employees navigating stress, grief, caregiving demands, burnout, family concerns, life transitions, and the everyday weight of life.
When people are cared for, workplaces flourish.
How can we better care for the people who are holding this community together?
The people who serve patients, residents, customers, students, families, clients, and coworkers often carry responsibilities that others may never see. They deserve a workplace where care is available before burdens become a breaking point.
Care for the People Who Keep Your Organization Going
Employees are more than their job titles. They are caregivers, parents, partners, neighbors, leaders, and people navigating real life.
Goshen Care provides confidential emotional and spiritual support for employees who need a safe, compassionate place to pause, process, and be heard. Through virtual chaplaincy, we come alongside people with dignity, encouragement, and a listening presence.
We support employees experiencing:
Stress and burnout
Grief and loss
Caregiving responsibilities
Family or relationship concerns
Life transitions and uncertainty
Isolation, discouragement, or everyday personal strain
Proactive Support for Your People
A person who is running on empty cannot keep pouring into everyone else. Goshen Care helps organizations create space for employees to be heard, supported, and strengthened so they can continue to thrive at work and in life.
Our services are designed to complement—not replace—human resources, management, Employee Assistance Programs, licensed mental-health providers, medical care, or emergency services.
When an employee needs specialized or urgent help, Goshen Care can encourage appropriate next steps and connection to relevant resources.
Flexible Support for Real Life
Care should be available when people can realistically use it. Goshen Care offers virtual support by phone, text, and Zoom so employees can connect during a break, after work, or at another mutually agreed time.
Our virtual model makes compassionate support accessible while respecting privacy, schedules, and individual needs.
Employees receive a trusted point of connection. Organizations gain a practical way to strengthen a culture in which people feel seen, supported, and valued.
A Meaningful Investment in Your People
Retaining valued employees begins with creating a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and connected. Goshen Care helps organizations invest upstream by providing compassionate, confidential support through life’s everyday pressures and transitions.
